All our HBOXU rims adopt the following manufacturing technologies
1. The slider-type integrated molding and non-opening process ensure the integrity of carbon fiber structure.
2. Optimize the stacking technology and the size C structure reverse packaging process to maximize the strength.
3. High TG225 ℃ carbon fiber, actual test brake reaches 250 ℃.
4. Optimized vacuum compatible design with high air tightness.

HBOXU carbon provides this warranty to ensure that all products we sell are free from defects and have passed QC tests before shipment.
The warranty applies to all carbon fiber rims sold by HBOXU carbon.
Warranty scope: 2 years from the date of purchase.
1. In case of any manufacturing defect within 30 days from the date of receipt, HBOXU carbon is obliged to replace the rim and pay the freight (other expenses shall be borne by the Buyer).
2. If the manufacturing defect occurs within 31 days to 2 years, HBOXU is obliged to replace the rim, but the freight and other costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
3. According to our professional judgment, we may decide to send a similar heavier rim version at our own discretion. If we no longer produce the rim you purchased, we will upgrade it to the latest equivalent model for you free.
4. In case of any doubt about the warranty replacement products, the claim shall be filed within 7 days after receiving the replacement products. Otherwise, it is deemed that the replacement has been solved. The warranty period applies to the original purchase date and does not include the replacement due to the replacement of the rim. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred!
This warranty does not cover:
1. It is not applicable to damage or failure caused by serious accident, negligence, collision, misuse, incorrect installation of spare tire, modification, etc.
2. Normal wear, such as: brake surface of rim, pawl, bearing, spoke, nipple, decal, etc.
3. When the serial number or production code is intentionally changed, defaced or deleted.
4. We are not responsible for any injury or liability caused by the solid use of HBOXU carbon sold rims.
